Florida Rover's 1997 Discovery XD
2/18/17 - Withlacoochee State Forest, Citrus Tract: 250 mile round trip over two days with 80+ off road miles!
Unfortunately my GoPro and/or SD card decided to crash and this was the only pic I was able to salvage from that drive.

More posing

Hanging with my Zebra buddy

Demonstrating the need for lockers

Big brother LR4

Starting to rain, made things interesting

Then a massive fallen tree blocked our exit (not shown)

Putting the Swampers to use the next day

It's a lot more interesting than it looks, lol

Time to properly trim the fenders; pre trimming

Damage was done prior to me taking possession

Clean cut

Matched on the other side

Rear wheel wells had folded over nicely

Quarter panels were ugly

Looks like someone hit it with an axe..

After trimming - Still need to give this side another pass

Passenger came out good

All 4 corners trimmed!

Got started on the real work AkA rust repair

Rear corners were the only issue in the back

I forgot to take before pics

Surprisingly clean

Drain holes installed by the PO

Knocked down the scale and applied two coats of Miracle Paint

Front floors were a slightly different story

Mud flap bracket starting to go

One hole was self inflicted

Patched with fiberglass mat

3+ coats of Miracle Paint, very pleased with the result

This was my patch for the last 3 months

Getting thin under the seat

Mud flap bracket halfway gone

Nasty

Single sheet to strengthen it up

Treated and sealed, still need a couple more coats
