Got the new steering made and installed

1.5" dom, 1/4" wall if I bend this I give up lol

Huge difference from stock, the weld in thread adapters and jamb nuts are custom from summit machine, custom thread for rover its an odd thread size

If anyone needs I have a spare stock unbent track bar and the front bar also unbent

Made up a bracket for the damper to fit the new steering, cost $1.21 for the ubolts with nuts angle was scrap from another project

Here are the used fans installed I got from cupgt, no idea what they are from but wired to 1, 40 amp relay
Worked great till the temp sensor **** the bed so I am dead in the water till a new ones arrives ugh

The connectors care waterproof bullet type not cheesy butt connectors

Glad the fans worked out for you, they look good. I need to do a fewtthings with my truck but it'soon the back burner right now

They were a real tight fit , was there supposedto be brackets? I ended up drilling holes in the fan shrouds

Bought a used d2 spare tire hi lift mount, drilled the correct holes, not sure why they do not do this to begin with kinda dumb

Unfortunately my jack is a farm jack not hi lift so it sorta fits, holes in the rail are slightly off
