Do you recall what length your rods ended up being from the end of each adapter?

Looks like 32.5" and 45 1/4" just tube with adapters , make sure to mock it up first cause I was laying in ice water with snow dripping on me to measure that

OK I AM GOING TO JUMP ON THE 4.6 bandwagon , picked up a 4.6 crank, rods and pistons today

I had thought I could pull the pistons out the bottom to save doing head gaskets again but the way the block is cast there are a few you could not pull so looks like I am poppin the top again

got all my parts ordered up, mostly from amazon and ebay, few things from atlantic british very few , pays to price shop cause everything I am about to list was $901 from ab , after I shopped around I spent 603.47 shipped for everything all I can say is they are insanely overpriced on some items

push rod set ( just cause I did not do em last time )
head bolts and gaskets
intake gasket
timing set and cover gasket
front main seal , rear main seal
main and rod bearing sets
piston ring set
crucifix seals
oil pump

off the top of my head this is it but there may be more

savings example piston ring set ab $260? same set same part number on ebay $80 shipped that is insane markup imo

so with buying all that plus the crank/rods, still need to order motor mounts but this build should be under 1k

Tom I've seen the exact thing with them. Some parts are ok but some are just so insanely marked up that it becomes comical.

Yup some stuff insanly overpriced some just a little, my hardest thing is they have price match but has to be same brand and part #, but they don't say what brand they are selling so.....

Got my rear bumper installed European rover model I will post pics of the mods to make it fit, like an hour messing around and it was mounted looks great

I may remove it later to mod and weld the center mount for support still undecided

Default how to instal euro model rear bumper on nas d1

As promised instal of hd brit part rear model for euro d1, I may mode the center mount bracket that was included and weld to the frame later if I feel I need more mount support strength

Here is the back of my frame

Massage bumper bottom where it was contacting bottom of frame rails , I don't think this is a nas vs. Euro model frame issue but a bumper mfg issue, bottom of original bumper is angled this bumper is formed squared /90* on the bottom
