We placed our order in September for a 2022 Disco and it feels like we are getting jerked around by the dealer. When we placed the order we were told it should be accepted in November. When I asked for an update in November, I was told they were still waiting to place the order because they needed directions from LR. Getting really frustrated and considering going elsewhere but the next nearest dealer is over 3 hours away.

 

Could you bypass the dealer and find a clean 1-owner for sale elsewhere?

 

a 3 hours away is better than you keep waiting for a month or so ,
did you get it ? considering that your post is a little bit old

 

I ordered my Disco Urban in July and as of 4 weeks ago it was still not even in production, my local dealer is useless and can’t give any updates

 

You are aware that the global computer chip shortage is effecting vehicle production around the world right.
