I'm still using up that sheet of 14ga I grabbed for the front fender well rehab.
The stock metal ranks up there with duct work, and where it's been formed it tends to get even lighter.
If I was truly putting my best foot forward, I would swap out my .035 wire down to .30 or .24 for best results. Getting a 4.5" grinder into some of these area's is a no go.....one of the few times I've whipped out the Dremel to try to carve out nooks & crannies free from rust. I'm tooling up my die grinder prior to starting the other side, another tool I rarely use but I'm seeing how handy it would be in this case for prep & clean up.

Thank you evoblade for subscribing........I tend to do these things a bit different, this thread has already offended a person or two so I've toned it back a hair.
My previous build thread, with a different vehicle currently has.....305,693 views, with no known offended people...

We could not stand that dark green, the brown interior's going too, horrible colors, this is a toy should be fun bright colors

Besides I needed something to do in the warm weather while I wait on parts, just did clutch and needed to order stuff while in garage, since dads vette got the boot for me to use the bay, I am taking full advantage lol
