I've read all the 'bad press' with the 'Frams' over the years, I'm fine with them.

I'm at the in laws in Sandwich, I actually moved and lived out here for a brief period years ago working for Cape & Island Steel......that was like 20 years ago...
Going to see Star Wars at 10:30........After that I could be free for an hour or two.......Don't know who's doing what Christmas day.....I'll be here Saturday then heading over to Connecticut for a day or two........If anyone want's to try to hook up, drop me a pm...I'm game!!

Fantom.....What color are your front door panels? Could use a rear view mirror.....1 vent thingy......nothing major!

Man........We forgot how early it gets dark here, bummer on that note as we live an hour east of the central time zone which makes long afternoons.

Lets hook up or set something up and attempt!!
I'll check back in say after 1pm today....

Mark

I don't have a issue with fram on anything but a Rover motor. Had oil pressure issues on my 3.9 with a fram filter both times I used one not with any other brand. Still use fram on the wife's car and on the fleet of fords I do oil changes on for my dad.

Its very satisfying to put some real miles on these after you dump so much time and money into them

Mine has become very reliable( knock on plastic wood dash trim lol)

Yes it is good to throw some miles on it, makes you feel like your not wasting your time and money. She didn't burn a drop of dinosaur extract thus far,
might have broken the beastly beauty as her bad booty ways!

We'll see..........

I buy filters in bulk from FleetFilter.com
I get the Napa Gold from them for about $5 each after shipping.

Hey Fantom, if you were on Rt 6 today, we passed you!

It's the .50 'tall' I'm after (metal), plentiful on ebay, single or by the pallet.........Just figured while I'm out here it would be a fun diversion to hit a couple Surplus Stores......heading to CT tomorrow, 2 Surplus Stores with'in a quick drive there as another diversion lined up.........if I strike out I'll just do ebay, they're cheap......We're out here mostly for my wife and her family so I get some free time..........The journey returns West already starting tomorrow!!

Camo's......freak'in Surplus are tagging these at $30-39 bucks which is stupid, double checked ebay to see if I was over looking something.....Nope, 12-20 bucks on ebay which is what I'm used to paying....Don't know what they're thinking.
