I think there is also a tool you can buy on crutchfield, well two tools. I’ve seen them just put both shim tools in the upper slits of the radio until it latches near the back and then just pull radio out.

Biggest update yet! Just purchased a 3” OME lift kit, used but got a steaming deal, all I’ve gotta do is get hardware for the rear spacers, aside from that, she is gonna get lifted this weekend!

I didn’t think he was gonna have em anymore after a month, I didn’t buy the swaybars from him because they weren’t great condition but yeah. I got the kit for $180

Now vs day 1, got the lift on over the weekend and it looks amazing. Gotta get tires next but budgets tight so gonna have to wait a bit

Decided to give the stock bumper a try, and makes sense if I’m gonna get a nudge bar but here is how it turned out, (fixing crack soon) but I cut it up a bunch and it looks aight, I got all the cracked parts off and it turned out okay, idk what I’m gonna do about the fog light holes tho lol

Looking good!

I'm still battling with my damn radio (in the 01 rover). Slid the file cabinet pieces in, can hear it actually click (releasing sound of catch)...but it will not budge. Stuck my fingers so far in the tape deck...they about stayed there for life. Thought I might end up being scrapped with the rest of the rover...lol.
