I re-dyed the headliner, it was sad and dirty. I had time to kill as well.

Than I decided the stock seats sucked so I picked up some replacements from the junkyard. (stock is the burlap brown)

Oh and I picked up some 265/75/16 MT's for it as well. It was a tight fit in the MGB...

Had a large dunkin donuts Iced Tea in the cup holder, I think the cup holder is what kept the tires from tipping over on me from the passenger seat

You the MAN! Nice Defender! I prefer those long wheelbase station wagons Im surprised you did not update the interior with the kits from RoversNorth though. They have nice seats and center consoles as well as dash kits complete with CB radio slots. But your seats do look comfy. Nice find and best of luck to you.

I wouldn't have bought from Rover's North anyway. There are places with better customer service, better prices and don't rape you on shipping to choose from. Plus even the better places still would have been a couple grand for the seat kits and console. Even more for carpet kit, headliner kit etc.

With 4 bucket seats, the 3 person bench all in leather, center console, overhead console with radio mount, re-dying the headliner and the carpet kit being done by me. I'm all in at $300, and I sold off the original front seats for $200 so in reality I'm only $100 in on this. I will probably drop another $30 in recovering the interior trim panels and probably $200 in the audio when I'm done. So total will be around $350ish.

It also gave me a chance to break out the grinder, drill press and mig welder. That always makes for a good day!

Thanks I like the 110 a lot. It fits with my old school british theme for my vehicles. Of course I just added a 72 Mustang Fastback to the stable as well. It was free, running and in pretty good shape all in all, so I couldn't pass it up. I think its going to get a basic refresh and sold so I can get a old Lotus instead lol

Well the last of the parts I need to put the motor back in have arrived. Thanks to Justin at Lucky8 LLC for the great service, getting those bits from the UK and quick shipping to me.

Hopefully I'll get started tomorrow afternoon, I need to pull some parts off of the old RRC that I sold so I can make some money to pay for this thing lol
