My shop elf went to his winter home for a couple months and that is easier done with 2. My mini me will be in town in a couple weeks so she and I will do it then.
I wasn’t excited that the ladder just wasn’t bolt on but it all worked out pretty well in the end. The solution isn’t as elegant as it could be but not terrible.
Been slow on updating as I for some reason seem to have a lot going on. Work is still happening I’m just way behind on posting up on here. I decided I missed the uniform apparently and joined the Georgia State Defense Force, the national guards all volunteer unpaid cousin for helps out during natural disasters. I enlisted and immediately took over as the 132nd MED BN Operations NCOIC. So we shall see how this goes for a couple years
The sliders have arrived so I got going on the prep paint and sorting the mounting. The mounting as set up on those is not great and doesn’t line up like it should. At a minimum I will need to make some 1/4 - 3/8 thick spacers to go between the outriggers and slider mounts. Likely I will make some supports that tie the slider back to the frame
Got the other side on as well and the fitment is going to need the same kind of attention as the passenger side. Going to need to think this through so the sliders are still removable if needed but much stronger and better tied in than they are set up for from Terrafirma. For our technology challenged friends like @The Deputy I will start including YouTube links as well 😂 be sure to like and follow 🤣
