Default 110 nothing out of the distributor

I have a 93 110 that will no longer start and I am at a loss as to what the problem is.

I have spark into the distributor but not out. I replaced the cap and rotor and nothing changed. I tested the amplifier and Ohlmed out the pick up and it checks out as well. Amplifier has proper ground, I attached an additional one just to make sure.

Also, I have swapped out the current distributor with a known good one and meet with the same result of no spark out. With cap off the rotor does turn when cranking. New battery. I wondered about the ignition tumbler being part of the issue but since the coil gets spark I ruled that out.

Suggestions or ideas?

Coil wire to center of distributor? Can you attach a spare spark plug to it and see it spark?

Yes, it checks out. It's not the most brilliant spark. I'm getting 12.3V to coil, which is new, from a battery at 12.42V.

Cranking the voltage ranges from 9.3-10.4V.

I've seen the amplifier test good but still be bad on my buddy's old range rover classic.

Understood. But am I mistaken that ultimately all the amplifier does is send a signal back to the coil to tell it to fire? (And coil does fire)

If that is not it's job and it's faulty I'll be packaging up the new distributor.
