Yup someone cut those right off. You can order a new one but I would probably see about a dedicated swing away.

That turbo is huge if you have ever driven a NA Rover Diesel in one of these.. Glacial is a good term.

 

Mounted the 265 M/T tires.




Not the size l'd have liked, but they came off the Dll...so it was a cheap temporary solution to the BFG's (hate these tires).
