Default 300 tdi Double Cardan Prop conversion

Hi. I have a Defender 90 300 TDI 1996. It was lifted by a previous owner and is eating front props. I have measured the prop angles and they are way off. I know that it is possible to fit a double cardan prop, from a Disco, I think. I'm also aware that this means that I need to change the flange into the transfer box. Does anyone know the specifics of this swap? Which Disco prop should fit etc. I don't want to spend lots of cash on a kit, just in case the angles still don't add up. I'm hoping that I can just pick up a cheap prop of the correct type to give it a try.

Why don't you just order a custom front shaft from Tom Woods? Measure end to end and they'll build one to your specs.
