Looks like someone's been in there before you. Judging by the welded piece on bottom of door below wiper motor and other signs. You could have cracks welded, then maybe reenforce area. But, the weight of tire, if over-sized, as mentioned above, may be adding to the issue.
My old 110, 1989, has a different door inner structure, so welding up cracks and reenforcing was easier than your door, l've had a 285/75 hanging from factory tire carrier for over a year now, and even after some pretty hard off roading it's holding up nicely.
You may have to look into a different type of tire carrier.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I attach a picture of the wheel (120/1160), yes it's bigger than the original one I guess but the door should be able to carry the wheel, no?
otherwise it means I need to install a complete new structure to carry the wheel. I imagine I cannot do that myself.. if anyone has already done that or has info, it would be very helpful - thanks!
