Default seat belt anchorage points

fist of all i suppose i'd better giveyou a clue what Landy I own, easier said than done as the DVLA can't decide, my local Landrover club says there's a bit of Series in there but the rest is probably Defender, 200 TDI engine, either way im fond of it and new i was buying nightmare when i made the purchase.
So here's my dilemma, i wish to out inertia seatbelts in, ive bought them and im in the process of working out how to fit,, it's all about anchorage or lack of it, i have the top diagonal bracket and i'm fitting the lower below the door bracket but that leaves me with two more brackets to fit. The stalk and the inertia unit.

!/ How do you go about fitting the stalk between the two front seats, there doesn't appear to be anywhere ready made? am i going to be welding?

2/ where should i fit the inertia unit, ive looked online and cant seem to see any guides or pictures to help me.

This is a massive learning process for me so go easy on my stoopidness.

IVA test on the horizon and re register.

101 inch chassis, td200 mish mash . Wih an IVA test looming
