Default Springs for my TD5 90

Hi All,
I have a 2000 Defender 90 with Britpart +20mm lift shockers and springs. The springs are "progressive" so ive been told ????
I do a lot of work up and down gravcel tracks that have pot holes and at the moment i'm about to loose my spleen !!!! even if go over a *** packet it Jarrs !
I'd love a more comfy ride......any thoughts???? Please !

I'm not sure about coil rates and spring length for the td5, but someone at defendersource.com was talking about comfy springs for his v8 powered 90, and he said the best springs were stock range rover classic springs from a later model, but one that doesn't have air springs, obviously.
