Default Troubleshooting Problems

I jsut recently changed the belts on my 95 Defender, and now the battery won't hold a charge overnight. I have had the alternator and battery tested, and was told both were fine. There was a little sweaking from the alternator after I changed them, but that has seemed to cease. When I leave the battery connected, it drains through the night. But if i disconnect it, it will hold most of the charge. Does anyone have any ideas one what to check next?

Did you reverse the belt by mistake, that will cause this.
