Default Headlamp wiper troubleshooting

I have 2003 RR - and one of the headlamp wipers (driver side) is stuck on the horizontal position.
The passenger side works fine, but the drive side is not moving.
Any tips on trouble-shooting this?

Default RE: Headlamp wiper troubleshooting

that motor is ties into the headlamp washer pump, if the pump goes bad, that wiper will not work. what you need to do is swap the connectors on the washer bottle pumps, the middle one is the headlamps. you can get to them under the hood down past the oil filter housing. swap that connector with another, and see if your headlamp wipers work, youll have no fluid comming out, but they should wipe. if so, you need a new pump. this is usually the cause when they fail down. when it stops in the middle of the stroke, its usually the wiper motor itself. to check, make sure you turn the key on and off a few times, and then hit the w/s washers after you turn on the headlights.
