I have fitted to my 90 the LR dealer fit twin rail side steps in SS. These have black plastic tread plates and black plastic end caps. Whilst off road one of the end caps has gone AWL. Speaking to LR dealers and specialists I am being told the only way to get a new end cap is to buy a complete new set of steps at £700 - ouch! Does anybody know if it is possible to buy these caps separately or does anybody have some?

 

I'd try a breakers.
