Default 1193, 1314, 0300 codes codes codes.

Tons of reach.. New NGK plugs & wires, Rotella Oil,etc.. Next step. New thermostat, Seafoam engine, two new o2 sensors, Clean TB, clean IACV, make sure my cooling fans are working.

97 Diso I. Running good . Got up drove down the road , engine light came on. Wouldn't go over 50-55 mph. I would have to let off the gas in order to pick up speed. Back fire, spuddering, etc.. Temp Guage went up n down.. From half to 3/4 back to half.. Crazy.. I just got a full tank of gas and seafoamed. The tune up was done a few weeks ago..

Dash lights on. Check Engine, SRS, ABS.. New brake pads .. When stoping I hear a band winding sound and then they finally catch. Normally after that they are fine (some times)..

Ok Rover Experts.. Lets see if we can fix this thing...

P0300 Misfire On Multiple Cylinder
P1193 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Open Downstream
P1314 Misfire Catalyst Damage Fault Bank B

My guess is you have a bad upstream O2. Downstream O2's really shouldn't matter from what I understand. I say replace the upstream O2's. But first check all your plugs/wires.
ABS light, I wouldn't worry about. Pull the ABS fuse then pull the dash light.
SRS light, this comes on when the battery is dead. Needs to be reset with a TestBook, or pull the dash light while you're pulling the ABS dash light.
