Default 1995 Front fender antenna

Hello all, I recently purchased a new to me 95 5 speed D1 in Avalon blue. 65xxx in the clock. Truck is very well sorted but have been slowly working through it and can’t seem to find much info on the front fender antenna. There is one installed, but it doesn’t raise up and I can’t pull it up. IS it supposed to automatically raise when the truck turns on or does it just stay in the fender at all times? Thanks for any info on this.

Providing that is the original LR antenna ( AMR 3461 ) then it's manually retractable.
Hit it with some WD-40 and see if it frees itself. If not just replace it, they are cheap enough.

Some info for you...

Ok great, I’ll work the WD-40 and go from there. Thanks for the info!
