Yes, it will make a difference.
Not pieces here and there, but line the bare roof.
I will be putting it under my carpet too.
After lining my attic and garage doors with it, I'm sold, the stuff really works.

 

I used it in the 110's roof and it made a noticeable difference. I also lined the doors as well

 

I want to do my doors as well.
I think I'll buy the thin, paper style radiant barrier for them. I was thinking that the bubble wrap looking barrier may be a little too thick to fit unoticed behind D2 doors??

 

I used the bubble wrap style in the 110 but there is plenty of room in there and no window mechanisms to get in the way

 

Ok. Y'all convinced me. I put Reflectix under the roof. It's going to be super hot here (100 degrees) for the Labor Day weekend. Maybe I'll notice a difference. Then I set a piece in place for the rear sunroof because it's broken and sealed-off anyway.

The pictures are pretty dark but you get the idea.

What's on the headliner, clothe, paint or bedliner?

 

The piece covering the sunroof is a good idea too.
I think I'll make a removable piece for each of mine. Let the sunshades hold them up.
My ac works great, but my Disco is black on black. When it's 90+, you can feel the heat.
I'm going to put it under the carpet also. Knock down the heat from the cats. Waiting to drill crossmember bolts so I can remove/reseal my transfer case.
Might as well wait til then when I have the center console out. I'll post any difference when I finish.

 

It's black spray-paint. I can always glue on some headliner later if I want. I felt bedliner spray would have been limited headliner to bedliner forever.

 

Yeah, bedliner might make it tight to fit in place if you cover it with fabric later.
But, paint looks like it turned out good.
