1999 D1 drivers power seat switch
Remove/reconnect the connections to the motor under the seat which moves it back/fourth. There are some relays under there ...wonder if one is for that back/fourth?? Maybe rap on the electric motor with a screwdriver handle. Sometimes window and other seldom-used small electric motors, esp older ones ...and when it's really cold outside ....can 'stick' ...and be unstuck that way. I'd probably also wait and re-try it on a sunny day when it warms up ..before spending a ton of time debugging things. Really cold temps can cause some weird things sometimes on older vehicles. Or put a space heater inside to warm it up.
