Can someone please tell me where the fuel pump is on my Disco? It is a semi new vehicle to me. It ran when I got it then I parked it for over a year and now it wont start. I put 5 gallons of fresh gas in it and some injector cleaner and let it sit for a couple of days hoping that it would fire but no go. It cranks over fine but just won't start. Any help would be appreciated.

Just like all fuel injected cars the fuel pump is in the gas tank.
Open the cargo door, roll up the carpet, open the hatch and there it is.

 

Why would you leave it sit for over a year? Where are you? I will come get it, just leave it alone unless you got a lot of money to throw away.

So you ignored my previous comment. Seriously, when a vehicle sits for a long time like that, the fuel does tend to absorb a lot of moisture and does break down. You may be better off draining the old gas out if possible.
