Check coil circuit for continuity from ECM to coil. Dielectric is a good practice but it won't make magic electrons flow if there isn't a path. Red wire is the fused side common and because it's in series if it was broken it wouldn't get past a break to fire the other coils which it is. Check the orange to next connector and then it changes to white with blue stripe to ECM. The colors you have might be different but you get the idea. Good luck!
