Default 96 discovery need help on my ride will not run right

Ok I have a 96 discovery it will start and idle as soon as I give it gas it will studder backfire and die.

Things I have done
new plugs and wires
changed out coil pack
got maf sensor cleaner and cleaned it
cleaned throttle body with carb cleaner
new fuel filter
new air cleaner
got a can of connector cleaner and did connectors on throttle body and maf

I am at my wits end working on this truck that me and my family love to drive and travel with.

Any help would be appreciated and thanks for your time

Happy Holidays

A hour before the truck ran great then my wife took it to do her workout and she said it was like you flipped a switch and it would hardly even go

1. Fuel pressure test for 32-34 PSI at schrader valve on passenger side fuel rail. You did filter, it could be bad outta da box, or pump could be an issue.

2. Does check engine light come on for a second or two when starting (bulb test), or is burned out? MAF will do this if unplugged - see this from RAVE:

As there is no default strategy, failure will result in the
engine starting, and dying when it reaches 550
rev/min, when the ECM detects no MAF Sensor
signal. The fault is indicated by illumination of the
malfunction indicator light (MIL) on North American
specification vehicles.

Maybe a pin got bent in the electrical plug for MAF? MAF shows up in a code reading scanner, if one available.

Vehicle Speed Switch, but failure of that more commonly noticed while moving.
