Default 97 d1 won't turn over

Ok guys my do is about to make me insane it started off when low of fuel spitting and sputtering like it was running out of fuel got fuel in it and still was spitting and sputtering while idle or if pulled up to stop or light so then I was thinking maybe bad fuel the next time I try to start it it would crank but not hit and I couldn't hear the fuel pump when turned key on so replaced fuel pump same issue after reading up online thought it was crankshaft position sensor replace that and then tried to start it engine turned over about 3 times getting slower each time and then would just click when turned over so replaced starter and now when you turn over nothing except relay click no click at starter now and when you open driver door the back dome light blinks and when you put key in ignition and turn it to where dash lights come on it beeps twice and then a solid beep can anyone help me please

You need to check the voltage on your battery terminals with a meter it should at least have 12 volts then have some one else try to start the rover with the key make sure to stand clear of any moving engine parts and check the voltage at the battery it should not drop more than 10 - 11 volts if it does replace your battery. Sometimes the battery looks good but you don't really know the condition of the battery unless you do a voltage test while under load example starting the rover. I would also check for corrosion or loose battery connections that includes the grounding cable that goes to the body near the battery and continues down to the frame you can see it from the passenger wheel well.

Do you have a code reader? Or some sort of data reader? If not, start there.
