Default 98' Disco Fuel issue...please help???

Here's what I know....the truck wont start..lol. The green wire to fuel pump is putting out 5amps when the key is on, the purple/white one 0...I am assuming the blacks are just grounds. Fuel Pump relay under hood, and in kick panel are good, fuse is good and I replaced and reset the inertia switch just in case..still no power to purple wire. Any body have any advice for me??
Thanks so much in advance. One more thing, I just checked the wires going to the fuel pump relay (under hood) of the 2 purple and white wires there, only 1 had power....is this cause for concern?

I ended up having a coroded wire as part of the harness that connects to the fuel pump relay under the hood. When I realized I was not getting power to the relay, I ran a "jump" wire to it and voila.....from that point, I just pulled a harness from inventory, replaced it and the truck is once again alive!!!
