Blinking means it is immobilized, or that it is active.

The hawyeye will not work for that, you need something a little more spendy.

was afraid of that. not sure i have many options left, have an appt with the dealer i REALLY dont want to keep, but running out of ideas. Not sure they can help and the labor rates are through the roof !

just a follow up, Dave and company were able to re-mobilize the Rover, and program two remotes so on to other door lock and seat adjuster troubleshooting.
