Just ordered a OE Nissens radiator for $497.00.
Does anyone have any instructions on replacing it or is it pretty easy.
Anything that I need to be concerned about?
Thanks for all the help so far!!

Will that fit a LR?? Its straight forward really. Just spray the transmission lines and oil cooler lines down with a penetrating oil because they can be hard to get on/off. Don't loose the little O rings that are on them either!

It is a OE so it should fit!I just replaced one of the trans lines last month so as long as I can get the other one off I should be fine.

I have 253000 miles on it. It has been fun keeping it running. I just bought a 2008 LR3.

They said that since it has never been replaced and with that many miles I would be better off replacing it. The new one will be at my house tomorrow and I will have it in by the weekend. Ill let you know how it goes!

Interesting. I've never had to replace a copper & brass radiator, unless the tanks were damaged. A recore was always possible.
