you may pull the studs out with the nuts no biggie and you may need to finagal it around a tad to get it out

Quick follow up to say that I successfully changed out the sensors and to thank everyone for the advice. Getting the coil pack off wasn't difficult and gave me good access to the connectors. I got lucky with removing the sensors from the pipes; didn't even need to apply PB Blaster.

I think my mileage is a little better (using about 1/4 tank less per week) though my measurements are not scientific.
