Best price on switches would be used ones. If there is no Pick and Pull type junkyard is near you, try Paul Grant or Will Tillery. New ones are available thru Atlantic British and probably Rovers North, but that switch is over $100 new, way over and the little cushion shaped buttons are not included so do not throw yours away.

It took me quite a while to find the perfect setting for the driver's seat since I am just over 6 foot tall and my wife is barely 5 foot. I wish the Discovery Seat went back further, but if I get the tilt just right, it is fine. I hate it when someone else drives it and has to move the seat.

I totally understand wanting to have it just right for the wife and a new baby, they are so special.

Will Tillery is at 434-251-9331 He is ROVERGUY.COM

Paul is on here at times. their info is in Savannah Buzz's signature and Disco Mike's signature as well. You can im Paul or call him for more immediate response.

They are what we refer to as dismantlers. They buy LR's and take them apart and resell, so they have almost anything. Both are great guys with great prices compared to new. They are not the typical Land Rover Bandits like some of the other used parts sites are. Some people charge a premium for used Land Rover parts as if they were a big retail organization selling brand new parts. Those people I consider Bandits.

On the seat switches.... my driver side stopped working. Took it apart carefully on a cookie sheet so as not to lose the springs and bb's. It is really a pretty simple switch. A little cleaning and some wd40 and she was good to go.

That is good to know. A good spray like CRC contact cleaner, WD40 or even PB Blaster (according to the can) will work wonders on dirty switch contacts. Beats paying 100 bucks for a new one.
