I ohmed out all three FTS and they all were at 4k ohms (plus or minus a 100 or 200), at 50-55*F. So I highly doubt that is the issue.

 

After reading your first post and conditions, me, I'd still verify spark. You mention "hearing it", but I'm unsure what you mean by that. Seems strange, you can fiddle around with the key and get it to start sometimes. Plus, I'd make sure the injectors are working. You can have the fuel pressure desired, but without injectors firing...pressure doesn't mean much.
