changed the gear lube in my transfer box yesterday. looking at doing transmission fluid. I see where to pull plug and empty, where to check level with dipstick, but where is filter and where do I put new fluid in?

Check the tech section for the write up. The filter is inside, you need to drop the pan to get to it. You fill through the dip-stick tube.

OP did you flush the torque converter or just drain the pan and re-fill?
