Hi, my 98 Discovery is having some problems.

1. It's blowing the A/C and Horn/Emergency Lights way too often. I can only manage to blow the horn about 3 times before it blows. The A/C fuse is weird. It will sometimes last for 5 minutes or sometimes it will last for an hour. I will say the only time the fuse has lasted me an hour was when I was on the interstate.

2. The engine will all of the sudden lose power. It has happened twice so far. One time with the AC on and one time without. I'll be driving along and all the sudden it will start to sound like it bogging out (like when a 2 stroke engine has blown a spark plug). It then loses a lot of power. The time it happened with the AC off it bogged down for about 5 seconds and then it was fine. The time it happened with the AC on it lost power and then would not regain power until I cut off the AC. The second time it happened (the time with the AC on) I was in the middle of a busy intersection and I almost got hit by another car. So If anyone knows how to fix this I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.
