Default Blowing ECM fuses....

Turns out that a previous owner had put a 20A (supposed to be a 10A) fuse in the the ECM system, and it finally blew the other day. Now I can't turn the key without blowing the replacement fuses I put it there, I even tried a 30A to see if that would work, but it didn't.

I assume that a wore somewhere has been slowly burned or broken through and it has grounded the entire system. I was wondering if anyone had any other thoughts, problem areas I should check, etc.

Thanks in advance!
