Yeah I did the math for those rotors and pads and wheel bearings.

I figure just some ball park figures.
$250 for pads and rotors.
$150 for two front calipers from auto zone
$98 for 8 wheel bearings (timken)
$14 for 4 RTC3511 Oil Seals
$2 for 4 drive member gaskets
Overall: $500-$550

You probably don't need new bearings, just need to repack them. And your quote doesn't have the lock washers in there. Rebending lock washers can be done but why?
The $240 kit from AB has EVERYTHING you need except grease and your calipers.
$8 for two tubes of grease and $150 for your calipers.
So $400.
You'll also want a hub nut socket(I have one I can sell you), snap ring pliers, loc-tite, anti-sieze, and a torque wrench.
An impact gun is a BIG help, but not a deal breaker.

True, I have high temp grease for the wheel bearings and $400 is cheaper
I have a big hub socket already, I bought it at a local 18 wheeler store where everything is HUGE compared to my daily mechanic tools even the flatheads are 4 feet long haha. I have snap ring pliers and a torque wrench. I can get the loc tite at auto zone and the anti seize to. Impact gun I do have too

Now.. just to save $400..

Where's the 8 Timken bearings for $98? I just paid $29 ea.! I might buy another set for that price.

Thanks for the link. I guess I got ripped off. I didn't buy them from AB, but paid the same price. If I search for Timken Set 37, they can be had for $10. So I got ripped for $19 x 8. Doh!
