Brake light confusion
So I have my first Disco i and am fixing some small issues that it had when I bought it. My biggest issue right now is brake lights. I have power at the switch, the 3rd light works fine and I have power at the connector on each side, but none at the socket. I have been looking for a wiring diagram without any luck. Does anybody know if there is a seperate ground just for the lower brake lights? I am hoping I am assuming since both are out it has to be a ground of some sort.
Thanks

The sockets look good, I actually interchanged them with the other lights and all worked well. I am getting power at the pin connector, but it doesn't make it down to the socket. I'm going to try and do a ground jummper to see if thats the issue, but I just thought it would be odd to have a ground for each light in the assemble instead of just one for the entire assembly.

The only brake lights are the top sockets on the rear D pillar taillights and the 3rd in the window.
The bumper lights, side and back are running lights when the headlights are on.
The light socket you are trying to fix is the rear fog lamp. Turn on your headlights and then push in the fog switch on the left side of your gauges, 2nd one down. If they don't turn on or the switch does not light up, you probably have a bad switch.
