Brake Rotor retaining bolt size?!?!

First, I don't know why you even brought it up then, it just confuses people.
Secondly, the industry recommended torque for a 10mm class 12.9 is 75Nm which imparts a tensile stress nowhere near the yield strength, and proof strength is typically 95% of the yield strength.

In a nutshell, the caliper bolts are not single use and people can ignore all this.
Just clean them up and torque them to 73Nm as specified.
