Default Buzz with ENGINE OFF

I've got a buzz with the engine off

Also a battery drain

96 Disco SE7

Yeah I searched the board

so far it seems to be coming from the CD changer or something else in passenger foot area. It is NOT from speaker.

My radio does not work either. I have the code. It is stuck on Tape it seems. Found another thread to fix that. May or may not be part of issue.

Plan is to pull radio Fuse. If that stops buzz then reinsert and disconnect CD Changer. Orrrr...... is there a separate fuse for CD Changer..... Also which plug under the seat at back of CD changer has the power source in it. Any hints on how to unplug? Squeeze ends? Pry tabs open orrr?

While fiddling with it I think I got into Alarm or something. Horn would seemingly randomly blast along with flashers blinking. Will search how to Kill forever the Alarm. this thing is too rusty for anyone to want to steal anything

Any advice?

It is just sitting in my drive. Heavy rain lately BUT did not drive in it. It is not registered yet. There was no water in the floor board or wet carpet.

This Disco is brand new to me. Only had it a couple weeks and not even drove it yet.

PITA rain and heavy rain all week. Thus not been out (no garage) to work on this thing any more. Cept for disconnecting and putting charger on battery.

Any other ideas?
