A/C Draining into the floor
Been a while since I hit a wall like this..
Water in passenger floor turns out to be from the A/C that has no drain. The hose has nothing to attach to.
The reputable shop I use says it looks like someone has put in the wrong heater core and modified what should have been the box that collected the water and the hose was connected to.
They recommend I just drill holes in the floor to let the water drain and call it done.
I hope to have better ideas but I am lacking any good diagrams or photos to understand what should be happening with the water as it drains from the A/C
If I could see what it is suppose to look like I might be able to manufacture a "collector" of sorts and solve the issue.
anyone have photos and/or ideas?
Thanks
