No leaks and mine work, I had them out before to clean and lube also blew out drains and resealed roof bars

My biggest problem was both hvac drains were clogged shut, crawl under and pull them by bell housing on each side

Looks great, Tom.
Can you share some details? What paint gun? How many CFM are needed from the compressor? Did you tape the window gaskets and cut the tape around them, or just carefully line up the edge of the tape with the edge of the gasket?
I may be doing this to mine.

Removed all lites, washed and wet scuffed entire body with a course scotch brite pad

Anywhere the original paint bubbled or corrosion I used a die grinder with scotch brute pad sprayed with self etch primer in rattle can

Taped of window gaskets careful then taped newspaper over glass pic on page 4

Cheap home depot gravity feed gun, huskey brand, hvlp may be better?

Wipe off over spray and clean gun with laquer thinner
Had a cheap hf water seperator/regulator I reduced the pressure some but always found with this gun more is better ( 10+ year old gun).

You need disposable strainer funnels, a paint measuring cup to mix and a paint stirrer on a drill
Use a 60/80 gallon shop compressor, small compressors run a lot causing air to get hot and attract moisture

Hmmmm. This is the compressor I have, do you think it would be up to the task?

15 gallon will work Brett, but it's going to be working it's butt off. I wouldn't use anything less than a 30. 60-80 would be ideal though.

Its 15 gallon but the tanks cuts off at 200psi, so maybe that will buy me some extra time........
I've also seen some pretty decent results with people that have rolled their truck. The first step is to actually take possession of the new truck.
