Can I pull a locked car that blocks my driveway gate?

Do you have a big floor jack?
Jack up one end of their car and then roll the front end 90 degrees and drop it, it will be sitting in the street and you can get out of your driveway.

How big of a car could you drag? I'd say a Crown Victoria.
Where do you hook to? The frame on their car, the frame on your truck, put the t-case in lo, take up the slack and drag it.
Keep in mind you might break something on their car, your best bet would be to go talk to a local towing company, get one of their business cards, tell them what is going on and that you want to get first priority.
They will love the guaranteed repeat business, they will also contact the police to let them know that the car has been towed so when the owner comes back and calls the police because their car has been stolen, they will be notified that it was illegally parked and towed by ______.
If someone comes and asks you what happened, you play dumb, you were in the shower, or taking a nap or on a walk...

you're all welcome. it's a bit like the Wild West here and I've been around. read Rum Diaries? Haven't seen the movie but the book catches the chaos pretty good.

do you have an air pump? if so, deflate all 4 tires. Put up a sign " tire inflation 50 $" .

Attach a small note that says "Raoul - the cocaine is under the front seat with the money".
