If you are talking about the approximately 4" hose with the 2 worm style hose clamps then....
that's PEH101530 heater hose.
And as you can see in the pic both ends are different ID's so you need to get the LR hose. > https://www.roverparts.com/Parts/PEH101530

No worries glad to help.
Just a headsup but if you haven't already now is the time to replace ALL coolant hoses.
If you are just going to replace the leaker then 100% replace the 2 hoses to the throttle body heater plate and the 1 from the exp tank to the rad.
This is the Silicone Hose I use and you can get it from Summit Racing, etc. ( 1 ) 5 foot length will cover all 3 hoses.

In the pic:
( 1 ) Manifold to TB Heater.... this is the next one to go!
( 2 ) Rad to TB Heater
( 3 ) Expansion Tank to Rad ( if you mix up the hoses 2 & 3 at the rad it's OK)
