I'm assuming you're adding the lift because you off-road. The rotoflex will get torn up impacting things off-road.

For removing the 3-bolt flange,
LR Special tool, or
Slide hammer, or
3-Bolt Flange Removal

I have run a rotoflex for 118,000 miles over trails in Death Valley, Rubicon, the California high desert, Moab and many Colorado trails, and I haven't torn up a rotoflex yet with my near 3" lift. Just check it for crack between the 6 bolts and replace if needed.
