Default Charcoal Canister question

Ok so I was checking my oil today and for some reason looked over at my charcoal can, I noticed the bottom hose missing, the one below the purge valve. I've scanned over the RAVE but can't see which hose goes into this. Any ideas? Page 199 in the RAVE has a pic of what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.

No that's the weird thing, it is smelling like it's running rich so I'm thinking it may be the vapor return line but I don't think I'm right on that one but no codes.

The canister will have nothing to do with the way it runs.
If it ain't broke done fix it.

Yep, thinking the same thing. But I know I do need to change/repair my fuel/filler hose so I may try and trace what and why and see what's missing.
