With that code, I would not bother with 2 sensors.
Did you have someone clear the code when you replaced the factory airbox? That code and check engine light do not go away on their own, even when the problem is corrected.
I would try cleaning the MAF with CRC MAF cleaner
CRC 05110 Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner - 11 Wt oz.
