Hey man, what's up? I'd be interested if you could make me one of those stainless lines and 90 fitting. My ps pump went finally today and I'm gonna be swapping the Chevy one in. How much and about how long?

Looks great but the ps cooler appears to be in the way of the trans oil cooler.

At only $395.00 , WHAT A STEAL! Take a look at Russel Products, a division of Edelbrock. They carry all sorts of performance hoses, fittings and more and they are part of Edelbrock. I saw their stuff on HorsePower TV Trucks today.

As long as the adaptation is well done, it will work.

The NAPA pump referenced in the Pirate thread (NSP811425) had been updated: NAPA lists PS 385168 as the pump for a 92 S-10 with a 4 Cylinder.

From looking at photos of the S-10, DI and DII pumps. The return is a straight fitting on both the DII and S-10 pumps. You should not need the elbow like the D1.
