Default clanging exhuast pipe

Did I read somewhere that if timing is off you will here a clanging sound coming from the exhaust pipes when you start to pull off, or did I dream that?

Mmmm let us give the grey stuff something to do...

1. There may pre-ignition and pinking and that may sound to some like undue exhaust noises?

2. There may be uneven firing and rough engine response and shaking and a loose exhaust support may cause that at speed, as will slight backfiring?

Engine runs and sounds nearly flawless. Only issue is the slightly high idle, which I have exhausted all options looking for.
I am not going to mess with the tamper proof idle adjustment.

Exhaust piping all good.

It's just gives out a metal clanking sound, (like 2 or 3 times when you start out in first gear. Only happens then.

Torque causing a touch? Engine mount rubber worn or broken?
