Clicking sound
So over the past few weeks Ive noticed a sorta clicking sound coming from the under side of the D1. The only time I hear it is when I drive through our tunnel to get to work, yes I work in an underground facility. Im driving less than 10 mph and can hear it echoing off the walls, so far its the only place and time I can hear it. Im going to dive under it this weekend and have a look but wanted to get some opinions on what to look for and at, or hoping this is normal. It kinda reminds me of my old jeep, I had detroit lockers installed and they clicked when you would go slow and turn, but in this case Im not turning just going straight.
Check the tires for a rock stuck in the tread or for foreign matter such as a nail or screw. Eliminate the simple things first. If you have time, jack up each wheel seperatley and check for play, possibility of bearing wear or constant
velocity joint trouble.

See thats whats throwing me off, the sound is not consistent and doesnt seem to be in relation to the same speed as the tire or driveline rotation.
Two things that do the same thing on mine: The covers that ar part of the lug nuts and the center cap on the wheel. See if they are a little loose. If they are the stock D1 rims this can happen. It took me weeks to figure it out.
