Code 45, rough idle and poor acceleration

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to begin looking at my problem? Should I check fuel pressure at the rail? Clean MAF, IACV, TPS? It runs and idles fine until it gets to running temp and it idles say at a red light, about 2 minutes.... Just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks guys

Why do they "require" 8mm wires? I've heard people who swear by them and those who say don't bother wasting the xtra $$ on them. There are no performance gains by using them. So....Why do I NEED them? School me
